How does Entropia Real Estate Work?
Auction Advertisement
The Real Estate Auction basicly works like an ordinairy auction. Only you decide when it ends. For a small fee of 25PED's your advertisement will be placed for an un-limited time. You can ask any price for your estate and the advertisement will never be removed unless your estate is sold. If someone is intrested in your estate they can contact you by the provided contact information.
For your own privacy we do not share e-mails. If a seller has agreed to allow
e-mail contact. The buyer will have to contact ERE first. Then ERE will make sure buyer and seller will be in touch.
Allowed estates
Every type of estate is legit for the auction. And for every deed you place the fee is always the same. You are able to sell any type of deed even a CLD. However one CLD will cost 6PED per advertisement. Up to 5 CLD's will cost 25PED and each additional deed will cost 3PED.
Once you placed an order for an advertisement. ERE will locate the estate. Collect information and make a screenshot to place it on the auction. (This only applies for Calypso estates.)
Sold!
If your estate has been sold please be so kind to contact ERE so we can remove your adverticement. If your estate has been sold with the help of Entropia Real Estate your advertisement will be moved to the sold estate archive.
In-Game advertising
Advertising on the ERE website automaticly grands you free advertisement in-game by our real estate agents. All our agents will announce that your estate is for sale. Potential buyers will be led to the ERE auction. What if a user that has placed an Estate on the Auction becomes inactive? Nothing basicly. We keep the Auction up, but warn you with a message that the owner is potentialy in-active.
Execution sales.
If you own an estate and you really need to get rid of it because of PED shortage. It is possible to sell it to ERE. However its not guaranteed ERE is able to purchase your estate. ERE does not buy CLD's in execution. Trying to sell your estate to ERE may result in a sale below MU. Unless ERE contacted you to purchase the estate from you.
